Please pay attention to difference between dynamic load-bearing, static load-bearing and goods shelves load-bearing. Different load has close relation with shelf structure, environment temperature and storage period.
Company standards allow tolerance of ±2% in trays size and ±3% in weight.
Temperature requirement: -30℃~80℃ （sunlight exposure or heat source prevented)
Quality Guarantee: Products enjoy 3 years of quality guarantee period in ordinary usage condition; Products can
be changed if there is any damagement and cost accordingly will be beared by seller(domestic market only). Seller has obligation to solve problems of product itself during usage( except for man-made damagement). After quality guarantee period, we can provide free service, e.g, three pieces of damaged pallets can change a new one; However, any cost is beared by buyer.
